9月11日，云锋金融午后涨幅扩大至逾21%，该股已连续六个交易日上涨，累计涨幅逾95%！旗下云锋证券已获香港证监会批准提供虚拟资产交易服务。
云锋金融日前发布公告称，旗下全资证券子公司云锋证券有限公司正式获得香港证监会批准，现有证券交易牌照(一号牌)将升级为可提供虚拟资产交易服务。此次升级后，云锋金融将可为零售及专业投资者提供虚拟资产交易服务，客户可在云锋金融的交易平台直接交易数字资产(如比特币、以太币等)。
此前9月2日，云锋金融公布，董事会已批准在公开市场购买ETH作为公司储备资产。集团已累计购入1万枚ETH，总投资金额为4400万美元(含费用及开支)，资金全部来自集团内部现金储备。此前，云锋金融与蚂蚁数科达成战略合作协议。同时，云锋金融集团对Pharos Network Technology Limited进行战略投资。双方将通过Pharos高性能公链平台，共同合规拓展现实世界资产（RWA）代币化及下一代互联网（Web3）等领域。
