China Cinda (01359) announced that, following the approval of shareholders at a special general meeting, Mr. Song Weigang has been appointed as the executive director of the company, and Mr. Wang Zhongze has been appointed as the independent non-executive director. Both Mr. Song and Mr. Wang will assume their roles upon approval of their directorship qualifications by the National Financial Regulatory Administration, with a term of three years.
