EXTRAWELL PHAR (00858) announced that, to achieve a division of responsibilities, meet the company's development needs, and enhance corporate governance standards, effective January 1, 2026: (1) Dr. Xie Yi will resign from his position as the company's Chief Executive Officer to focus on formulating corporate strategy. Following his resignation as CEO, Dr. Xie will continue to serve as Chairman of the Board and an Executive Director; and (2) Executive Director Dr. Guo Yi will be appointed as the Chief Executive Officer.
