Golden Faith Appoints Tian Shisheng as Executive Director, Sets HK$3.00 Million Annual Salary

Golden Faith Group Holdings Limited (Golden Faith) announced the appointment of Mr. Tian Shisheng as an executive director, effective 18 August 2026.

Mr. Tian, aged 45, brings more than 20 years of experience spanning telecommunications, internet and finance. Key career milestones include: • July 2005–March 2016: R&D and management roles in leading telecommunications and internet companies. • April 2016–September 2024: Multiple senior positions at Lianchu Securities Co., Ltd., covering internet finance, asset allocation, wealth management, asset management and strategic client services. • September 2024–June 2026: Chairman of the Board at Zhengping Co., Ltd. (Shanghai Stock Exchange: 603843).

Contract terms specify an initial one-year tenure commencing 18 August 2026, automatically renewable for an additional year, subject to rotation and re-election under the company’s Articles. Mr. Tian will receive a basic salary of HK$3.00 million per annum, determined by the board and endorsed by the remuneration committee.

The board confirmed that Mr. Tian holds no interests in Golden Faith shares under Part XV of the Securities and Futures Ordinance, maintains no relationships with directors or major shareholders, and occupies no other positions within the group.

The appointment was announced in Hong Kong on 17 August 2026, with the board extending its formal welcome to Mr. Tian.
