Max Sight Group Publishes 2026 Interim Report and Encourages Shift to Electronic Communication

Bulletin Express
Sep 18

Max Sight Group Holdings Limited has released its 2026 Interim Report in both English and Chinese. The full document is now accessible on the company’s website (www.maxsightgroup.com) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk). Shareholders who requested hard-copy versions will receive them by mail.

To streamline communications and support environmental initiatives, the board is urging investors to provide functional email addresses so that future corporate materials can be received electronically. Shareholders lacking a valid email address on record will automatically continue to receive postal notifications until updated contact details are supplied.

Stakeholders wishing to alter their preferred method or language of receipt—whether to switch between electronic and printed formats or choose English, Chinese, or both languages—can submit the enclosed Change Request Form to the company’s Hong Kong share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, by post or in person. A pre-paid mailing label is provided for local returns. The form is also downloadable from the company and HKEXnews websites.

For assistance, investors may contact Tricor’s hotline at +852 2980 1333 during business hours (09:00–18:00, Monday to Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holidays).

The notification was issued on 18 September 2026 and signed by Chairman and Executive Director Mr. Chan Wing Chai, Jamson, on behalf of the board of Max Sight Group Holdings.
