中通快递-W（股票代码：02057）于2026年9月2日发布翌日披露报表，宣布在美国纽约证券交易所于2026年9月1日回购237,130股美国存托股份（代表同数A类普通股），占公司已发行股本约0.03%。本次回购每股价格介于21.00美元至21.15美元之间，总耗资约4,995,238.30美元（折合约499.52万亿美元）。
公告显示，回购后公司已发行股本仍保持在763,430,906股，其中包括557,330,906股A类普通股及206,100,000股B类普通股，库藏股数量为零。此次回购尚未注销，且已根据公司于2026年6月16日获得的购回授权进行，该授权允许公司回购最多76,599,956股，截至本次回购前已回购5,639,239股。
公司表示，本次回购已获得董事会正式批准并遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律法规。公告由联席公司秘书李送霏签署。
