Hisense HA Schedules 28 April Board Meeting to Review Q1 2026 Unaudited Results

Hisense Home Appliances Group Co., Ltd. (Hisense HA) has announced that its board of directors will convene on 28 April 2026 in Foshan, Guangdong, to address two agenda items:
1. Review and approve the unaudited financial results of Hisense HA and its subsidiaries for the three months ended 31 March 2026.
2. Consider any additional business matters presented at the meeting.
The notice, dated 13 April 2026, was signed by Chairperson Gao Yu Ling. Current board composition includes five executive directors, three independent non-executive directors, and one employee representative director.
