蚬壳电业有限公司（02381）7月16日发布盈利警告称，经对截至2026年6月30日止六个月之未经审核综合管理账目进行初步审阅，预计期内归属于公司拥有人的亏损将介乎200万至500万港元；而上年同期则录得约1,289.60万港元的溢利。
公司指出，由盈转亏主要因毛利显著下跌，原因包括：(i) 美国与伊朗之间的冲突影响导致集团对中东市场销售停顿，并推高多项原材料成本；(ii) 若干原定于本年度上半年付运的新产品因产品设计更新而延迟出货，相关收入递延至下半年确认；及 (iii) 受充满挑战的经济环境影响，市场需求转弱，导致客户订单减少。
蚬壳电业表示，目前仍在落实2026年上半年的中期业绩，上述数据仅为董事会根据现有资料作出的初步评估，相关账目尚未经过审核委员会审阅，最终结果可能有所调整。公司预计将于2026年8月底前刊发中期业绩公告。
