4. Remaining headroom under H-share mandate • The company is authorised to buy back up to 283.90 million H shares; after the cumulative 45.83 million already executed, approximately 84 % of the mandate capacity remains.

5. Moratorium on new issuance • Under Hong Kong listing rules, MCC is restricted from issuing new shares or selling treasury shares until 14 October 2026 (30 days after the most recent repurchase).
