截至2025年9月30日止六个月，民富国际控股有限公司收入约1,830万港元，同比上升32.7%，主要由于智能制造解决方案业务和新增的食品科技及销售业务共同拉动。经调整净利润录得50万港元，较去年同期的亏损980万港元大幅改善，反映毛利增长及管理费用的有效控制。
毛利率由去年同期约3.0%提升至本期约21.9%，经营利润率约2.7%。经营活动净现金流出约22万港元，较去年同期有明显收窄。销售及市场推广开支与行政开支合计占收入比率约34.9%，低于去年同期的逾七成。研发方面，本期外包研发投入约18.5万港元，占收入比约1.0%。
业务分项
智能制造解决方案业务：期内实现收入约1,516万港元，同比增长约15.2%，主要得益于面向高端设备制造的技术服务和设备销售稳定增加。 食品科技及销售业务：录得收入约313万港元，为新收购子公司带来的增量贡献。 殡葬业务：去年同期贡献收入62万港元，本期不再产生收益。
