NetEase Music repurchases 115,950 shares for HKD 15.00 million, marginally trims free float

NetEase Cloud Music Inc. (NetEase Music) disclosed a share buy-back executed on 14 May 2026. The company repurchased 115,950 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for an aggregate HKD 15.00 million, paying between HKD 125.20 and HKD 130.90 per share. The volume-weighted average price was HKD 129.36.

Following the transaction, issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) declined by 0.05% to 211.03 million, while treasury shares rose to 6.89 million. Total issued shares remain unchanged at 217.92 million.

The purchase was made under the mandate approved on 25 June 2025, which authorises NetEase Music to buy back up to 21.74 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 6.56 million shares, representing 3.02% of the share capital on the mandate date. A 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury share sales is in place until 13 June 2026.
