Jiangsu Expressway Company Limited announced the composition of its Board of Directors and four Board committees. The Board is chaired by Executive Director Wang Feng and includes Non-Executive Directors Wang Yingjian, Xie Mengmeng, Zhang Xinyu (Employees’ Representative Director), Yang Shaojun, Yang Jianguo, and Ma Chung Lai, Lawrence; as well as Independent Non-Executive Directors Xu Guanghua, Ge Yang, Gu Zhaoyang, Tan Shijun, and Sun Lijun.

Four committees are in place. The Strategy Committee is convened by Wang Feng and includes Wang Yingjian, Zhang Xinyu, Ma Chung Lai, Lawrence, and Tan Shijun. The Audit Committee is convened by Xu Guanghua and includes Yang Shaojun, Gu Zhaoyang, and Sun Lijun. The Remuneration and Appraisal Committee is convened by Ge Yang and includes Xie Mengmeng, Yang Jianguo, Xu Guanghua, and Tan Shijun. The Nomination Committee is convened by Sun Lijun and includes Xie Mengmeng, Yang Shaojun, Xu Guanghua, and Ge Yang.
