Residents in Zhangjiakou who use pipeline natural gas or liquefied petroleum gas and meet low-income or extreme hardship criteria will receive gas bill subsidies from March 16 to April 15. Eligible applicants must hold a "Minimum Living Allowance Certificate" or "Special Hardship Assistance Certificate." Applications will be accepted on weekdays from 8:40–11:40 and 14:10–17:00 at the customer service hall of the gas company located at 31 Qingshuihe South Road.
According to official guidelines, low-income households using up to 300 cubic meters of gas will receive a subsidy of 0.76 yuan per cubic meter. Those consuming between 301 and 1,000 cubic meters will be subsidized at 0.48 yuan per cubic meter, while households using 1,001 cubic meters or more will receive 0.66 yuan per cubic meter. Eligible pipeline LPG users will receive a subsidy of 7.5 yuan per cubic meter.
Applicants must ensure that the address on their low-income or hardship certificate matches the address on their gas receipt. Households using WeChat or Alipay to pay gas bills must provide their user account number. Additionally, low-income households, individuals facing extreme hardship, and military families with valid certificates and gas receipts may apply for a refund of garbage disposal fees already paid for the year 2025.
