2026年7月3日，铁建装备（中国铁建高新装备股份有限公司，股票代码：01786）公布2026年6月股份变动月报表。报告显示，截至2026年6月30日，公司各类股份的已发行数量和注册股本均保持不变。
公司本月末注册股本合计约15.20亿元（即人民币1,519,884,000元），与上月底持平。其中，H股已发行股份数为531,900,000股，无新增、回购或注销；内资股已发行股份数为987,984,000股，同样未发生变动。公司确认，现有股份类别满足香港联合交易所关于最低公众持股量的规定。
公告中还显示，6月期间，铁建装备不存在期权授予、行使或失效的情况，亦无其他股份回购、注销或作为库藏股持有的相关事项。公司股本结构整体保持稳定。
