东吴水泥（00695）3月30日晚间公告，控股股东Goldview Development Limited已与买方港航香港协商，将此前约定的股份出售交易I的“最后截止日期”由2026年3月31日延长至2026年4月30日。\n\n公司回顾，2025年9月12日曾披露，Goldview（由非执行董事蒋学明全资拥有）拟根据交易I协议转让所持股份。该交易须满足多项先决条件方可交割，其中包括港航香港需获得若干中国监管部门的批准。\n\n公告称，因港航香港仍需额外时间取得上述批准，双方同意顺延交易完成期限。若先决条件届时仍未达成，交易可能无法完成。\n\n东吴水泥表示，将在适当时候就该事项的进展发布进一步公告，并提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司证券时保持审慎。
