阿里巴巴夜盘跌 2.5%，消息面上，阿里巴巴港股首次配股筹800亿港元！拟折让8.4%全押AI。
阿里巴巴(09988)此前公布其800亿港元新股份之定价，每股配售价为112.7港元，较上周五(21日)收市价折让8.37%；亦较纽交所上周五每股美国存託股份收市价119.34美元(1份相当于8股股份)转换后每股116.95港元折让3.6%。
阿里按每股配售价112.7元配售7.1亿股新股份，预计配售所得款项淨额约797亿港元。新股份相当于扩大后股本约3.57%。这是阿里自2019年回流香港上市以来首次新股配售，也将成为港股历来最大宗的新股配售(follow-on offering)。
阿里称，配售旨在进一步巩固阿里全球AI领先地位。阿里拟将拟议配售所得款项淨额的100%用于投资其全栈AI能力，加强AI基础设施建设。
