澳亚集团（02425）日前发布公告，拟向股东大会寻求一般性授权以回购不超过公司已发行股份（不含库存股份）总数10%的股份。公司方面表示，如授权获得通过，将在法律允许及符合香港上市规则的范围内，于指定期间行使股份购回权力，最高数量预计可达约98,064,835股。
公告显示，此次购回将主要使用可动用的现金流量或营运资金，符合公司组织章程与监管规定。董事会认为，进行股份购回有助于提升公司价值，可能进一步提高每股收益与资产净值，从而为股东创造更大回报。
公司同时提示将于2026年6月3日（星期三）下午四时三十分在香港召开股东周年大会，届时将就上述股份购回授权等议案进行审议。如相关授权在股东大会上通过，授权有效期将持续至下一届股东周年大会结束前。公司股票于香港联合交易所有限公司主板上市，董事会呼吁符合资格的股东留意大会时间，并按要求办理出席及投票手续。
