Roma (meta) Group Limited (Stock Code: 8072) published supplemental information regarding its annual reports for the years ended 31 March 2018, 2024, and 2025. The updates focus on share option scheme details and chief executive officer remuneration.

According to the 2025 Annual Report, the number of options available for grant under the share option scheme stood at 70,208,166 shares on 1 April 2024 and 3,510,408 shares (upon share consolidation) as of 31 March 2025. The total available for issue amounted to 3,510,408 shares, representing 2.09% of the issued shares at the date of the 2025 Annual Report. In the 2024 Annual Report, the number of options available for grant was reported as 70,208,166 shares on both 1 April 2023 and 31 March 2024, representing 8.33% of the issued shares as at the date of the 2024 Annual Report.

The supplemental information also included the former chief executive officer’s remuneration for the period from 5 June 2017 to 30 September 2017. During that time, the then CEO’s salary, allowances, and benefits in kind totaled HK$173,000, with HK$6,000 contributed to a retirement plan, for a total of HK$179,000.
