8月11日，梦金园黄金珠宝集团股份有限公司（02585）公告称，根据对截至2026年6月30日止六个月（报告期）未经审计综合管理账目的初步评估，集团预计实现明显业绩改善并转亏为盈。

报告期内，公司主要财务指标预计如下： 1. 收益预计介乎人民币9,158百万元至11,193百万元（折合约91.58亿元至111.93亿元），相较2025年同期的人民币10,451百万元（约104.51亿元），变动区间为下降约12%至增加约7%。 2. 海外收益预计介乎人民币230百万元至281百万元（约2.30亿元至2.81亿元），较去年同期的人民币145百万元（约1.45亿元）增长约59%至94%。 3. 净利润预计介乎人民币26百万元至32百万元，较去年同期净亏损人民币64百万元实现扭亏，增幅约141%至150%。 4. 归属于公司股东的期内利润预计介乎人民币18百万元至21百万元，而去年同期为亏损人民币70百万元，增幅约126%至130%。

公司表示，业绩改善主要源于两方面：一是金价波动期间Au (T+D)合约及黄金租赁业务产生的亏损较去年同期有所减少；二是境外市场拓展取得进展，尽管境内销量有所下降影响整体收益，海外收益实现显著增长，带动海内外业务结构进一步优化。
