2025财年中期，专业旅运（亚洲）企业有限公司（下称“公司”）预计将录得不超过0.5百万港元的经调整净亏损，而去年同期经调整净利润为3.0百万港元。同期盈亏变化主要源于业务扩张导致销售点数量增加，从而带来租金与员工成本上升；同时，随着规模扩大，后勤支持系统开发项目增多引发的系统开发咨询费用及员工成本上涨；叠加2025年上半年日本地震传言的不利影响，致使旅游相关产品的销售与毛利承压。
\n\n公司表示，虽然本期出现转盈为亏，但仍将采取措施拓展业务渠道并强化品牌形象，以保持竞争优势。公司亦公告，预计将于2025年11月底前发布本期的中期业绩公告。
