朝聚眼科(股票代码：02219)于2026年9月10日向香港联交所呈交翌日披露报表，公告显示公司于同日回购普通股8,500股，约占已发行股本的0.001%，每股回购价格介乎2.52港元至2.505港元，合计耗资21,404.70港元（约2.14万港元）。
公告显示，在本次回购实施后，公司已发行股本仍为701,460,000股，库藏股为零。根据2026年5月12日通过的回购授权，朝聚眼科可回购的股份总数为70,518,050股，迄今于香港联交所或其他证券交易所已回购5,079,000股，占该回购授权获通过当日已发行股本总数的约0.72%。
公司确认已就本次股份回购取得董事会正式授权，严格遵守《香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则》及其他相关法律法规。
