JOIN-SHARE (01543) announced that Guangdong JOIN-SHARE Financing Guarantee Investment Co., Ltd.'s 2022 corporate bonds issued to professional investors (first tranche), abbreviated as "22中盈01", will pay interest on August 22, 2025, covering the period from August 22, 2024 to August 21, 2025. The coupon rate for the third year of this bond issue (August 22, 2024 to August 21, 2025) is 3.50%. Each group of 10 "22中盈01" bonds with a face value of RMB 1,000 will receive an interest payment of RMB 35.00 (before tax).
