美丽田园医疗健康（股票代码：02373）于2026年6月10日发布公告，披露公司近日在香港联合交易所实施了股份回购。
公告显示，公司于2026年6月10日回购合计41,000股普通股，占回购前已发行股份（不包括库藏股份）总数的约0.0165%。回购价格区间介乎每股17.26港元至18.08港元，合计支付约73.55万港元。此次回购完成后，公司已发行股份数（不包括库藏股份）为249,011,715股，库藏股数增至2,582,000股，总发行股份数维持在251,593,715股。
购回授权于2025年6月27日获得通过，授权购回股份的总数为23,579,556股，截至本次回购完成后，公司共回购2,582,000股，占授权通过当日已发行股份（不包括库藏股份）总数的1.095%。公司同时确认，本次回购已获得公司董事会正式授权，并已遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法律法规。
