酷派集团有限公司（02369）于2025年12月1日发布截至2025年11月30日的股份变动月报表。报告期内，公司法定注册股本维持为2,000,000,000股，每股面值港币0.1元，总额港币2亿。已发行股份数亦与上月底持平，为383,358,198股。
