GigaDevice (03986) rose over 4%, up 4.02% as of press time to HK$466.2, with turnover of HK$429 million.

On the news front, Changjiang Securities believes that the company's NOR Flash continues to expand its operating scale and market share, benefiting from the exit of overseas original manufacturers and significantly improved supply-side competitive landscape in niche DRAM and 2D NAND, with products in a sustained supply-shortage cycle; the company is further increasing the proportion of 24nm process nodes in SLC NAND Flash, continuously supplementing its DRAM product matrix while entering a cycle of rising volume and prices with continuously increasing market share, persistently advancing customized DRAM, and making progress across multiple downstream areas in MCU.

It is worth noting that GigaDevice announced last night that it would raise the estimated quota for daily related-party transactions with ChangXin Group for 2026 from RMB 5.711 billion to RMB 7.854 billion, and estimated that the DRAM procurement and foundry quota for January to April 2027 would reach RMB 4.411 billion. The related-party transaction quota for just four months already exceeds the company's first-quarter 2026 revenue, equivalent to nearly half of its full-year 2025 revenue. The company attributed the sharp increase in related-party transaction quota to DRAM product foundry prices rising with market conditions, as well as the company successively launching new products for niche DRAM and customized storage projects.
