Luks Group (Vietnam Holdings) Company Limited disclosed that it has continued utilising its share-buyback mandate, purchasing 206,000 ordinary shares on 26 June 2026 at HK$0.79 each for a total consideration of HK$0.16 million.
Including earlier on-market repurchases executed on 11, 12, 18, 24 and 25 June, the company has bought back an aggregate 1.04 million shares in June, representing 0.21% of the 501.62 million shares outstanding. The cumulative cash outlay for these transactions is approximately HK$0.86 million, translating into a volume-weighted average repurchase price of about HK$0.82 per share.
The share buybacks were conducted under the mandate approved on 4 June 2026, which authorises Luks Group (VN) to repurchase up to 50.16 million shares. Current utilisation of this mandate stands at 2.1%.
All repurchased shares are designated for cancellation but had not yet been extinguished as of 26 June 2026; therefore, the company’s issued share capital remains unchanged at 501.62 million shares. In accordance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, a 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury share disposals runs until 25 July 2026.
