中国智慧能源集团控股有限公司（01004）于2026年1月2日向香港交易及结算所有限公司提交截至2025年12月31日的月报表。报告期内，公司法定注册股本与已发行股份数量均未发生变化。
公司普通股注册股本维持1200亿股（面值每股0.0025港元），注册股本总额维持在3亿港元；已发行股份总数为93.7435136亿股，与上月底一致，报告期内无新增发行、回购或注销事项，亦未有库藏股变动。
公司现行购股权计划在本月内未发生行使或转让，期内并无新股因行使期权而发行。公司确认遵守香港联合交易所有限公司《上市规则》及相关法律法规。
