HK Robotics Releases Prospectus for 1-for-2 Fully Underwritten Rights Issue

Hong Kong Robotics Group Holding Limited (“HK Robotics”) announced that the English and Chinese versions of its prospectus for a fully underwritten rights issue—offering one rights share for every two existing shares held on the record date—are now available on both the company website (www.hkrobotics.ai) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Registered shareholders who have elected to receive printed corporate communications will receive hard copies by post. Shareholders preferring printed materials but currently registered for electronic delivery may request physical copies at no charge by completing and returning the enclosed reply form to the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or by emailing 370-ecom@vistra.com.

HK Robotics emphasizes that shareholders are responsible for providing a functional email address. Until an email address is supplied, the company will send notices of publication and actionable corporate communications only in printed form.
