2026年9月6日，中国人民保险集团股份有限公司（01339）公告称，公司董事会于同日以现场方式召开会议，审议并通过了《关于提名杨东宁女士为公司第五届董事会执行董事候选人的议案》，决定委任杨东宁为第五届董事会执行董事。其任期自股东大会选举通过且国家金融监督管理总局核准其任职资格之日起，至第五届董事会任期届满时止，可连选连任。公司将尽快发出召开股东大会的通知及通函。
公告显示，杨东宁今年50岁，曾任中国银行保险监督管理委员会创新业务监管部主任、国家金融监督管理总局北京监管局党委书记兼局长及中国进出口银行副行长，并持有英国伦敦大学亚非研究学院经济学博士学位。根据公告，杨东宁作为执行董事将在公司领取岗位工资、绩效奖金和福利，不收取董事袍金。
截至公告日，公司董事会成员包括：执行董事赵鹏、肖建友；非执行董事徐向、王少群、喻强、宋洪军；独立非执行董事徐丽娜、王鹏程、高平阳、贾若、杨长缨。
公告提示，杨东宁在过去三年未在其他上市公司担任董事职务，与公司及其关联方不存在关联关系，亦未持有公司任何证券权益。
