金叶国际集团是一家从事机电工程的老牌承建商，历史可追溯至2006年。该公司专门按个别项目基准供应、安装、保养及维修暖气、通风及冷气调节系统、电力装置系统及给供水系统。于往绩记录期间，该公司主要担任主承建商，项目主要为私营项目，而项目的持有人主要为大型物业管理公司。
就公司项目的物业类型而言，金叶国际集团于往绩记录期间主要受聘为香港现有的商业物业提供服务，该等物业由若干大型物业管理公司管理。公司于往绩记录期间提供服务的商业物业遍布香港岛、九龙及新界，包括大角咀的奥海城、尖沙咀的中港城、荃湾的荃新天地、铜锣湾的恒隆中心、铜锣湾的Fashion Walk、山顶的山顶广场、北角的友邦广场、大角咀的港湾豪庭广场、中环的中环中心、鰂鱼涌的太古坊、启德的AIRSIDE及红磡的都会大厦。
