中金公司(03908)发布年度股东大会通告，董事会建议派发2025年度末期股息，以现金分红总额约11.10亿元（含税）向股东派发股利，分配方案尚待6月26日召开的年度股东大会审议批准。
根据预案，公司拟以现有总股本48.27亿股为基数，每10股派发现金股利人民币2.30元（含税），折合每股0.23元。若股权登记日（2026年7月8日）前总股本因增发、回购等原因变动，公司将维持分配总额不变，相应调整每股派息金额。
H股股东方面，为确定收取末期股息的权利，公司将于2026年7月3日至7月8日暂停办理H股股份过户登记，相关过户文件须于7月2日下午4时30分前递交。末期股息将以港币支付，预计于2026年8月24日派发予于2026年7月8日登记在册的H股股东。本次派息方案仍待年度股东大会审议，最终实施尚存在不确定性。
