IWS (00923) announced that after considering KPMG's tenure as the company's auditor for over 12 years, the board reviewed the need for a change. Upon the recommendation of the audit committee, the board resolved to appoint Crowe (HK) CPA Limited as the new auditor, effective October 31, 2025. This appointment fills the interim vacancy following KPMG's resignation and will remain valid until the conclusion of the company's next annual general meeting.
