公告显示，截至1月底，OSL集团已发行普通股794,595,352股。2月内，公司通过配售/认购方式新增发行104,698,000股，发行价格为每股14.9港元，令已发行普通股总数增至899,293,352股。公司确认当月未进行任何股份购回或注销活动，亦无库藏股变动。
