中国圣牧有机奶业有限公司（01432）8月10日发布公告称，公司因未能维持《上市规则》第13.32B条规定的最低公众持股量，被香港交易及结算所有限公司及香港联合交易所有限公司按《上市规则》第13.32F条视为“公众持股量严重不足”。公告提示投资者：若公司未能在《上市规则》第13.32G(3)条规定的期限（即2028年2月2日或之前）内恢复合规，联交所将对公司股份实施除牌。
公司同时公告，董事会已订于2026年8月26日（星期三）召开会议，届时将审议并批准公司及其附属公司截至2026年6月30日止六个月的未经审计综合财务报表及中期业绩公告，并酌情考虑派发中期股息的建议。
截至公告日，公司董事会成员包括：执行董事张家旺；非执行董事陈易一、张平、白风鸣、孙谦及邵丽君；独立非执行董事王立彦、吴亮及孙延生。
