印象大红袍（02695.HK）3月26日晚间发布盈利警告，公司基于按中国企业会计准则编制的未经审计管理账目初步评估，预计截至2025年12月31日止财政年度（2025财年）归属于股东的净利润约为35.39百万元，较2024财年同比减少约21.8%。\n\n公司指出，业绩下滑的主要原因在于新文旅演艺项目“月映武夷”前期投入带来的成本及费用攀升。该项目自2025年5月正式公演，2025年5月1日至12月31日期间共演出约380场，接待观众约9.17万人次，实现总收入约1,181万元。尽管新项目带动集团营业收入同比增加，但剧目打造、场地建设、团队组建及市场推广等前期投入较大，导致经营成本和其他开支增幅超过收入增幅，拖累整体利润表现。\n\n公告还强调，相关财务数据尚未经过审计师审阅，具体业绩将在2026年3月底前发布的年度业绩公告中披露。公司提醒投资者关注业绩公告并注意投资风险。
