CHINANEWENERGY（公司全称：CHINA NEW ENERGY LIMITED）于2026年7月2日发布了截至2026年6月30日的股份变动月报。本月报显示，公司法定股本及已发行股份数在6月内均无变化。
根据公告，公司法定/注册股本总额维持为英镑10,000,000，注册股份数目为40,000,000,000股，面值每股英镑0.00025。6月期末的已发行股份总数为589,758,898股，与上月底持平，当月并无新增发行、购回、注销或库藏股份变动。公司表示已满足有关公众持股量的要求。
同时，公司于2026年6月25日与瑞城证券有限公司订立配售协议，拟按每股0.173港元的价格配售最多117,951,779股普通股，但6月期间并未实际发行任何新的股份。
