2026年2月13日，保诚有限公司（Prudential plc，股份代号：02378）发布翌日披露报表。公告显示，公司于2026年2月12日在伦敦证券交易所回购571,464股普通股，每股最高回购价为11.685英镑，最低回购价为10.68英镑，合计金额6,378,448.94英镑。
与此同时，公司于2026年2月10日购回的305,305股普通股已于2026年2月12日注销。注销后，公司已发行股份总数为2,539,845,289股。另有2026年2月11日及2026年2月12日分别购回但尚未注销的共906,721股（335,257股与571,464股）仍计入当日已发行股份的一部分。
根据公告，公司回购授权于2025年5月14日经股东大会通过，授权总数为262,668,701股。截至本次公告日，公司已在包括伦敦证券交易所在内的相关市场累计回购股份67,501,568股，占授权日股份总数约2.59165%。公司确认已遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法例。
