SouthGobi publishes 2025 Annual Report and formalises paper-less communication regime

Bulletin Express
Apr 29

SouthGobi Resources Ltd. has released its 2025 Annual Report in both English and Chinese. The document is now accessible through the company’s website (SouthGobi.com → Investor Relations → Financial Reports) and the HKEXnews platform.

The company has adopted a full electronic dissemination model for all future corporate communications, in line with Hong Kong Listing Rule 2.07A that became effective on 31 December 2023. Printed copies will no longer be dispatched automatically; shareholders who prefer hard copies must submit a written or e-mail request to the share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Ltd., at SouthGobi.ecom@computershare.com.hk or by post to 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong.

To ensure uninterrupted receipt of notices, shareholders are urged to provide a functional e-mail address by scanning the personalised QR code on the reply form or by returning the completed form to the registrar. Without a valid e-mail on record, investors will not receive electronic alerts and will need to monitor SouthGobi’s and HKEXnews’ websites proactively. Any request for printed communications will be honoured free of charge, but such instructions will remain effective for only one year from the reply date.

Enquiries can be directed to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Ltd. at (852) 2862 8688 during business hours, Monday to Friday (excluding Hong Kong public holidays).
