CMON Limited（01792）于2026年2月27日披露2025年12月股份变动月报。公告显示，公司12月内实施了每35股合并为1股的股份合并，已发行股份总数因此由此前的1,806,000,000股降至51,600,000股。
公司注册股本也由380,000港元上调至1,750,000港元，并对应将法定股本从7,600,000,000股调整为35,000,000,000股。上述合并在2025年12月11日生效，当月并无新增发行或购回股份活动。
根据报告披露，公司仍具备足够的公众持股量。同时，公司在股份期权部分无新股发行、转让或行使活动，期权的行使价维持在每股8.12港元。公告确认，所有变动均经董事会批准并遵守香港联交所《上市规则》及相关法律规定。
