公司拟于2026年5月15日以网上形式召开股东周年大会，就上述授权进行表决。股东名册将于2026年5月12日至5月15日暂停办理过户登记，以确定有权出席大会并投票的股东资格。董事会提醒股东，在相关决议获得批准后，公司方能于授权有效期间内进行股份购回。
