FIRST CREDIT (08215) announced that on October 3, 2025, the company received a letter from the Stock Exchange stating that the GEM Listing Committee has decided to cancel the company's listing status under GEM Listing Rule 9.14A (the Delisting Decision). The decision was made because the GEM Listing Committee determined that the company had not satisfied all resumption guidance requirements before the resumption deadline.

If the company decides not to request a review by the GEM Listing Review Committee, the final date for share listing will be October 20, 2025, and the listing status of the shares will be cancelled from 9:00 AM on October 21, 2025.

The Board of Directors is currently seeking advice from its advisors and considering whether to submit a request to the Stock Exchange's GEM Listing Review Committee for further review of the delisting decision.
