China Asia Valley Group Limited has issued a clarification after discovering a typographical error in the English version of its Annual General Meeting notice dated 28 April 2026.

The incorrect date appeared on page 13 of the English notice. The company confirmed that the correct AGM schedule is unchanged: the meeting will be held on 27 May 2026 at 10:00 a.m. in Room 1237–40, 12/F, Sun Hung Kai Centre, 30 Harbour Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

The Chinese version of the notice carried the correct date, and all other information in the circular remains valid.

Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Huang Binghuang signed the clarification on behalf of the board on 29 April 2026. As at that date, the board comprises three executive directors—Huang Binghuang, Xia Ping and Wang Lijiao—and three independent non-executive directors—Tso Sze Wai, Wang Rongfang and Duan Rihuang.
