At the recent CAOCAO INC Annual Partners Conference, the company officially launched the "Driver Mood Index" and unveiled its global business travel service strategy, marking a full-scale entry into the corporate travel service market, which boasts a scale of trillions. The company stated that CAOCAO INC has now developed comprehensive service capabilities covering "mobility + business travel," dedicated to building a global, all-scenario technology-driven mobility platform.

CAOCAO INC CEO Gong Xin stated in a keynote speech that although the industry entered a stage of a存量 market in 2025, CAOCAO INC, based on clear strategic execution, achieved rapid growth in various business metrics in the first half of the year, with growth rates far exceeding the industry average; the net increase in the number of partners for the full year achieved one hundred percent growth; the company also released its Robotaxi 1.0 and 2.0 products and is accelerating the commercialization of Robotaxi; meanwhile, through the acquisition of Yao Chuxing and the planned acquisition of Geely Business Travel, it is entering the trillion-yuan business travel market and upgrading into a global, all-scenario technology-driven mobility platform.

Throughout 2025, the CAOCAO INC partner ecosystem continued to thrive: the number of core merchants increased by 45% year-over-year, revenue from core merchants grew by 42% year-over-year, and the net partner growth rate improved by 100% compared to the previous year. Da Fei, Head of the CAOCAO INC Driver Ecosystem Department, announced that 2026 will see a revamp of the "Driver Honor System," introducing exclusive benefits for good drivers such as empty-run compensation, charging benefits, and off-season guarantees. Through three major measures—income protection, assessment mechanisms, and welfare upgrades—the company aims to genuinely "make good drivers seen."

Jin Chiyuan, Head of the CAOCAO INC Product Experience Center, mentioned that a driver experience upgrade plan will be launched in 2026: by implementing over 20 governance rules, the accuracy of responsibility determination will be increased to over 99%; the pioneering "Driver Mood Index" will use large language models to care for drivers' emotions in real-time, and measures such as empty-run compensation and instant withdrawals will be implemented to comprehensively enhance driver well-being.
