Latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange reveals that on November 11, a shareholder of SHOUHUI GROUP (02621) deposited shares with Futu Securities International (Hong Kong), with the holding valued at HK$76.52 million, accounting for 8.92% of the total.

According to SHOUHUI GROUP's interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2025, the company reported revenue of RMB555 million, a year-on-year decline of 21.18%. However, it achieved a net profit attributable to shareholders of RMB664 million, compared to a loss of RMB75.98 million in the same period last year, marking a turnaround. Basic earnings per share stood at RMB5.93.

The company attributed the revenue decline to multiple factors, including increased macroeconomic uncertainty, slower financial consumption demand, and reduced commission rates in the insurance sector due to regulatory adjustments under the "unified reporting and execution" policy, which led to lower income from insurance transaction services.
