消息面上，11月15日，证监会发布《上市公司监管指引第10号——市值管理》。中信建投指出，市值管理指引的发布和实施将对建筑装饰行业长期破净的上市公司产生积极作用。市值管理指引的出台将引导公司通过增持回购、资本运作、分红等方式提升自身价值，估值向1XPB回归。
据悉，美凯龙市净率仅0.3%，破净幅度高达69.33%。今年上半年，该公司取得收入42.25亿元(人民币，下同)，同比减少25.35%；公司拥有人应占亏损13.37亿元，同比盈转亏。2023年，厦门市国资委耗资62.86亿元拿下美凯龙控股权。
