美国博彩业巨头丘吉尔唐斯公司（CDI）近日宣布签署最终协议，将收购新罕布什尔州塞勒姆赌场项目的多数股权。该项目坐落于罗金厄姆公园购物中心内，计划打造成为集慈善博彩、娱乐休闲及餐饮服务于一体的综合目的地，核心特色为配置历史赛马机。
根据协议条款，当地知名开发商乔·法罗与萨尔·卢波利将保留其在塞勒姆赌场的部分股权，并以其专业经验深度参与项目运营。此次交易资金将来源于丘吉尔唐斯公司现有信贷额度，预计于2025年第三季度完成交割，目前尚待监管部门常规审批。
塞勒姆赌场首期工程近期已开业运营，现阶段配备约100台历史赛马机及13张真人荷官赌台。消息人士透露，项目后续将实施品牌升级与规模扩张计划。丘吉尔唐斯首席执行官比尔·卡斯滕詹恩表示，此次战略投资旨在打造新罕布什尔州区域性娱乐地标，辐射新英格兰地区更广泛的客源市场。
