根据公告，信利国际此前于2026年5月12日通过购回授权，授权回购股份总数为297,133,339股。截至目前，公司已回购32,500,000股，占授权通过当日已发行股份总数约1.09%。本次回购完成后，公司已发行股份数仍为2,934,171,398股，且无库藏股份。
公司确认，本次回购严格遵守香港联交所相关上市规则及法律规定。公告由公司秘书刘范儒签署。
