同时，集团预计2025财年的经调整后EBITDA为0.55亿–0.65亿港元，较上一财年的1.21亿港元下滑约46%–55%。

分业务来看，香港电子商贸业务的经调整后EBITDA预计为3.05亿–3.15亿港元，较2024财年的3.292亿港元减少约4%–7%。

经营数据方面，HKTVmall月活跃独立设备数稳定在约160万；全年独立客户数达到153.9万，再创历史新高，同比增加1.3%。

公司将亏损扩大的主要原因归结为： 1. 新探索项目（包括街市即日餸业务）在规模效益尚未体现前的持续投入，导致相关经调整后EBITDA亏损扩大； 2. 香港电子商贸业务订单总商品交易额同比下降3.5%； 3. 按独立测量师最新估值，投资物业录得非现金估值亏损。
