YUEXIU SERVICES (06626) has announced a series of changes to its board and committee memberships, effective from May 20, 2026. Mr. Wang Jianhui has resigned from his positions as Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer. Following his resignation, he will no longer serve as a member of the Nomination Committee, the Investment Committee, and the Sustainable Development Committee. Mr. Zhang Chenghao has resigned from his roles as Executive Director and Executive Vice President of the company. Subsequently, he will also step down from his position on the Investment Committee. Ms. Li Huiting has been appointed as an Executive Director and will join the Nomination Committee, the Investment Committee, and the Sustainable Development Committee. Mr. Xu Jianhui has been appointed as an Executive Director and will also become a member of the Nomination Committee, the Investment Committee, and the Sustainable Development Committee.
