China CBS Intl Publishes 2025/26 Annual Report and AGM Circular Detailing Share Mandates, Board Re-elections and Auditor Re-appointment

On 30 July 2026, China Changbaishan International Holdings Limited (“China CBS Intl”) released its Annual Report for the fiscal year 2025/26 together with a comprehensive circular for shareholders.

The newly issued documents, available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.chinacbsintl.com) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk), cover the following key items:

1. Proposed general mandates authorising: • Repurchase of shares; • Issuance of new shares; • Sale or transfer of treasury shares.

2. Corporate governance matters: • Re-election of retiring directors; • Re-appointment of the company’s auditor.

3. Notice of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting and accompanying proxy form.
